Our philosophy is to get you better as quickly as possible, so that not only do you receive a great service and care, but you want to then tell others how fantastic we are.
We do this by following 3 general phases to long term recovery and prevention of further issues
Phase 1: Pain Relief
If you are in pain when you come to us, the first objective is to help you feel better. We want to reduce and possibly completely alleviate pain symptoms as quickly as possible. We use various soft tissue, deep tissue, remedial, joint mobility, stretching and massage techniques in order to achieve this.
Phase 2: Corrective Care
During the corrective care phase, joints, muscles and other tissues are continued to be treated, manipulated, lengthened or relaxed and allowed to heal more completely, thereby correcting imbalances and helping prevent injury. It is also at this point specific and corrective exercises will be prescribed to improve strength, flexibility, balance and the bodies ability to cope with whatever stresses has caused problems in the past.
Phase 3: Maintenance Care
Once your body has fully healed, it is important to come in for periodic maintenance treatments to avoid problems in the future. How Regular you require sessions is completely specific to the demands that you put on your body through Sports, Exercise or Occupation. A plan specific to you can be discussed in depth.
