We all know that porridge is good for us. Its a wholegrain, and we’re advised to eat 3 portions of wholegrains a day, so porridge in the morning is one ticked off the list! I’d go so far as to say its a superbreakfast! Its a great source of slow releasing energy, it can help lower our cholesterol, maintain blood sugar levels and decrease blood pressure to name but a few health benefits. It also keeps us fuller for longer, compared to several other breakfast cereals so, a great tool if you’re trying to watch your waistline.

Ammunition to stay motivated
Has your weight yo-yo’d over the years? Would it take a degree in math to calculate how much you’ve lost and gained? Do your scales fluctuate like the stock market?
