I HEART MK WAS A 15 MINUTE COMMUNITY DOCUMENTARY PRODUCED IN 2003.

I WORKED FULL-TIME AT MILTON KEYNES COUNCIL FOR 6 MONTHS,

WORKING ON A CONSULTATION PROJECT EXPLORING ISSUES

RELATING TO STREET SPORTS IN THE CITIES CENTRAL BUSINESS

DISTRICT. MILTON KEYNES IS A MECCA FOR STREET SKATING AND

ATTRACTS THOUSANDS OF SKATERS EVERY YEAR FROM ALL OVER

THE WORLD, CREATING MISERY FOR BUSINESSES AND RESIDENTS.

AS PART OF THE REGENERATION PROJECT, I MADE I HEART MK

TO OUTLINE OUR FINDINGS AND PRESENT A BOLD PLAN FOR

MANAGING PUBLIC SPACE IN THE CITY (A PLAN THAT HAS SINCE

INFLUENCED SIMILAR DEVELOPMENTS IN OTHER CITIES). THE FILM

WAS USED TO DELIVER THE RESULTS OF OUR CONSULTATION

PROJECT AND SECURE SUPPORT FROM STAKEHOLDERS.
